The Woodridge Forest Eco Estate development is situated in a unique and environmentally sensitive area. It is bordered in the East and South by the Woodridge Nature Reserve which will be formally registered
under stewardship program with Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.
The Woodridge Nature Reserve is currently stocked with Black Wildebeest, Zebra, Blesbuck and other small antelope. Investors will have free access to the reserve.
The development is bordered in the West by the Michaelhouse Oribi Nature Reserve which is also in the process of being registered with Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.
Once these Reserves are registered with Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife they may not be developed or expropriated which provides owners with the security that views will not be detrimentally affected in the longer term.
