The Village is a new property development - currently under construction on the beach at Cape St Francis. This coveted location, on the beach in Cape St Francis comprises of 80 magnificent thatched houses, all within a secure, single entrance estate. Construction period of approximately four years from February 2005 - 2009. The Resort is divided into five separate erven know as: Resort, Bay View, Beach View, Dunes and Huisklip.

There will be five Body Corporates and there will be a Home Owners Association, which will be made up of representatives of the various Body Corporates. All construction will be carried out by the Malherbe Family Trust, no individual builders allowed unless consent given by Home Owners.

The roadway to the beach is an access right of way for all owners. Malherbe Resort (Pty) Ltd reserves the right of access to its facilities however they will welcome day visitors. A Home Owner Constitution will be developed over a period of time as the various Body Corporates become operational.
