This 81,9273 Hectares Farm is located on the banks of the Wildepaardejacht River on the slopes of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains. The slopes are predominantly North facing with an elevation varying between 250 and 500 meters above sea level. Soils are suitable for export fruit and vines. It is a mixed fruit and vine farm.

The property is improved with a historic homestead which partly dated back to the 1800’s and was restored in 1995. This thatched manor house (about 280m2) is extremely well positioned on a viewpoint, facing north, overlooking the Paarl Valley and surrounding mountains.
