Luxury house, which can be changed at buyer’s request - will be constructed according to architectural drawings. The standard house is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom luxury “bush lodge”, with an additional bedroom in the loft. All bedrooms will have direct access to its own bathroom, and will of course be equipped with electronic air conditioning.
The house will be treated with poison that keeps termites and other animals, which eventually could damage the woodwork, at a good distance. All electronic work will be completed with a “COC” - Certificates of Compliance - meaning that electricity work has been done correctly.

THULA WILDLIFE CENTER
The owners are in the process of getting the nessesary education and applying for the required permits to open a wildlife centre on Thula Bush Estate. The wildlife centre will be situated on the same property as the restaurant and will be approximately 6 hectares.
